BRI Nutrition Phytoceramides review

I've been wanting to try out phytoceramides for a while and recently had the chance to try out BRI Nutrition's Phytoceramides supplement.

A bottle should last for 30 days. I started using it when my skin was on a down period. After 3 days of use, I could see that my face was clearing up and looking softer. I did not notice any changes with my hair, nails or skin at this point.

The clear serum has a gel consistency that absorbs instantly. It does not irritate my skin upon application and I can feel its effects right away. My skin feels soft and comforted which is so important when dealing with dermatitis.

I apply this serum once a day after I've cleansed my skin. I then use 100% argan oil as my moisturizer. After following this regime, I've noticed that my skin is rosier and brighter which I've never experienced before! The areas affected by the atopic dermatitis is softer and less irritable. That is the biggest difference for me that I am so happy about.

After trying the MOREA Naturals Hyaluronic Acid Age Delay Serum, I am glad to say I had a great experience. Not only did it help keep my skin moisturized, which is so important with dermatitis, it was a gentle exfoliator to get rid of old skin without being harsh (which my skin definitely could not handle at that time).

Jiva Organics Coriander Seeds Review

I've been told I have an odd sense of taste. I would not think so; I favor myself as a rather simplistic foodie. However, one of my indulgences is a pasta dish with turkey and... whole coriander seeds! I know it's odd but I love the combo and it is interesting. I haven't had it in a long time but I was craving it recently and went to work in the kitchen, only to realize I'm out of coriander seeds! Thankfully, I was able to test out Jiva Organics Coriander Seeds at the right time.

These 100% USDA organic coriander seeds come in a resealable bag and contains 3.5 ounces of seeds. These seeds have a subtle spice to it that I am used to with other coriander seeds. I initially thought 3.5 ounces would not be a lot but compared to price per weight but it is. Not to mention that you only need a small amount of seeds to taste the spice.

I've used this for a few weeks and haven't experienced any issue regarding freshness. I also still have most of the bag leftover and plan to reorder when I eventually run out. I will update on how the package fares for the winter.
